Delayed/Combined Delivery

When you select "Ship Later" at check-out, the order will not be send to you until all items are at Tinycollects (in the case of Korean pre-orders) and/or until you paid for the delivery. This allows you to place multiple orders and pay for shipping only when you want it send to you. It saves on shipping costs! Those "Ship Later" orders will be held in your Held Orders tab on your profile. There, you can select items that are ready to be send out and pay for shipping. Most orders fit inside letterbox parcels, send me a message if you'd like confirmation.

Additional weight

If you purchased an item through instagram or anything else needs to be added to the shipment, please ask Tinycollects for it's weight. Then, "purchase" one or more of the weight items below to make sure you check-out for the correct weight shipping label. Thank you so much!^^

Frequency of Delivery

Because Tinycollects is located in a rural area and the post office is a 15-minute drive away, shipping day is only once a week. On special occasions, like when a large batch of pre-orders are ready to ship, delivery can be done earlier... Please don't hesitate to ask for an earlier delivery, if you have a good reason.

You'll receive a notification email when your package has been dropped off at the post office

PostNL
