All you need to know...
Shipping method
The best shipping method to select when buying a Pre-order item is "Pre-order - Delayed delivery". This is a free delivery option, so that it is possible to buy multiple pre-order items and they can be combined by the time the last one arrives.
You're free to choose another shipping option and already pay for it, but know that it will still be "on hold". If you plan to order more pre-order items, the package weight you selected and paid for might not match anymore.
Delayed delivery
When buying a Pre-order item, it is important to know that the item is NOT on-hand yet and will be shipped out to you at a later date. In the title of each item you can see the month in which you can expect to be contacted about shipping. In this example "[03/26] Hongjoong SBS Gayo Daejeon 2025 Broadcast benefit ATEEZ", the item will be shipped out in March 2026.
Pre-order status
You will be contacted by the time your Pre-order(s) are ready to be shipped out. However, if you would like to see the status of the item you can check the "Pre-order status" spreadsheet any time you want.
This spreadsheet is also linked on the Tinycollects instagram and the website Home page. Also, feel free to DM me on Instagram with questions about the status or delivery.
Means of contact
When all your Pre-order items have arrived from Korea and you have not yet paid for a delivery method, you will be contacted with pictures and to pay for EU shipping (domestic EU).
Email will be my default means of contacting you. However, if you find it easier, I can contact you on instagram instead. In that case, please leave your instagram @ in the cart notes like in this example.
It is NOT possible to leave a note on the check-out page, so please remember before you click "check-out".
